In my 20 years in education as a teacher, teacher leader, and school administrator, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by growth-minded educators at every school I have been at with whom I collaborated to enhance the learning opportunities for our students. I also want to recognize the opportunities school leadership teams and communities provide aspiring leaders to grow and gain experience with leadership duties and responsibilities through guiding support and encouragement. As a school leader, I seek to provide the same opportunities to teacher leaders looking to make a positive influence on a wider scale. Other highlights and accomplishments of my current position include curriculum enhancement, instructional leadership, high-quality learning, safe and nurturing learning environments, and community partnerships.
